The Nomads, My Brothers, Go Out to Drink from the Big Dipper – Abdulrahman A Waberi
I really enjoyed this collection. The poems are short and are kind of like little poetic polaroids of landscape and culture. Its so interesting how Somali language is an important theme in some of poems, which leads you to colonial legacies and the pain caused.
